Marvin

This letter is a long time coming and I am sorry for that.  Your system is the best by far and I have had Lancaster Bingo's Tab Wizard, then tracked with Mr. Hales EZ Instant system so I know all the systems that are available in our area and have used them all and the only one that is really easy and user friendly is yours by a long shot!  Your outstanding service is just unbelievable and I have never once in almost 3 years have you not return a call and you have always been able to talk me thru any issue that has come up during use.

The State of Ohio auditors who have come into the lodge yearly just rave about your reports and how the system works, and how it makes the audits easy and fast.  It is beyond me how anyone could be talked into one of the other systems, it would have to be under the table kick backs or something strange as if anyone would compare the software, systems, and service side by side they would be astounded by the difference.  Your service to us is most important and most valued.  Please keep up the good work and your ticket tracking system is the best by far!  From a person with vast experience with other systems there is not even a close second to Keeping Tabs!

Thanks Marvin for your continued support!

To Whom It May Concern:

During the month of May, 2006 VFW Post 3345 located in Strongsville, Ohio contracted with Gambling Services, Inc. (GSI) to install in our post their products Keeping Tabs and Keeping Tabs Lounge to update and assist us in managing our instant bingo (pull-tab) business and our canteen food and beverage operations. Our contact through GSI, Inc. was Marvin Rinella.

Part of our agreement prior to installation was training our canteen staff, Post officers and gaming administrator from a manual system to computer assisted, both hardware and software.

The training and installation with Marvin's patience and guidance allowed the Keeping Tabs System to transition smoothly and effectively with little impact to our ongoing operations. Marvin has since been available for additional training when requested.

Based on this performance our Post does not hesitate to endorse both Marvin Rinella and GSI, Inc..to be provide.. to other clubs for their gaming and canteen management system and service.

The new register has changed my time tremendously. It use to take me at least two to three hours every day and now I can have all my work done in about forty five minutes if there are no problems. The barmaids say it has made their job a lot easier. We have four barmaids.

When you have a problem all you have to do is call Marvin Rinella and he will walk you through the problem. When we first got the register I was on the phone two or three times a day with Marvin. He never got frustrated with me. He is always very polite and professional to talk to. Now I may call him once a month if there is something that comes up that I don't know how to get out of. I will say once you switch to the new system you'll wonder how you did it before.

All the records we get from the register are awesome and it is so easy to keep track of what is going on. This register tells you all the actions by the minute, second and day.

It also puts in compliance with the attorney generals office.

We are very happy that we purchased this register.

From: Dave Carroll, Commander 9340

Marvin, I wanted to put to paper my thoughts on your "Keeping Tabs" Gaming Reporting system.

The state of Ohio has granted veterans and fraternal clubs the ability to fund their organizations and various charities with legal gambling revenues. As officers of these organizations we have an obligation to comply with the laws and guidelines the state has established

We belong to a small post (140 members), we realized how important the revenue of our pull tab tickets are to the financial stability of our club. The funds we generate from our ticket sales keep us going, pay our bills and provide us with the resources to fund the many community projects we support and most important of all, to be able to provide assistance to veterans and their families.

Your system helps us make legal and intelligent decisions as to when Wt) can pull games and be assured that the two top tiers of prizes have been won. As previously stated we are a small post with a limited membership. Our core players know what is left in a game and won't play if they have no chance to win. We are making more money for the post every month because now we can distribute funds based on CASH IN HAND as opposed to GROSS PROFIT as we felt we had to do in the past. Our ability to put more games in play (5 as opposed to 2) has tripled our revenue per month. It gives us the ability to closely monitor the employees to assure that all tickets are accounted for. In the first 3 weeks of using this system we are short $6.00 with $40,599.00 in total ticket sales. I know we are all concerned with what our posts make per month from tickets. I think most members of the clubs do not realize the amount of money that crosses the bar monthly. Between Nov 1. 05 and April 1, 06 we logged $180,000.00 in sales. That is too much money not to be monitored very closely.

I looked at several Point of Sales systems and felt "Keeping Tabs" would be our best choice. The reasons were,

It is operator friendly and easy to use by the employees. One cash drawer saves time between shifts and simplifies cash management. Disruption and learning this system would take a minimal amount of time, The ability to make game purchases from various vendors was another factor we considered. Most of all was the support we could expect from your company to get us up and running.

Was the system totally perfect? No, but it does perform much better and our employees learned it much faster than expected. I have worked with computers since 1970 so I know with any system there is always "good news, bad news" scenarios. With computers it takes hands on experience to learn the systems. It has proven to be much easier to learn, even for employees and managers with limited computer skills. Within 4 days of the installation one barmaid had $1000.00 in bar sales and sold 2200 tickets on one shift.

You have always been available to answer our questions. I can tell, you genuinely care about our installation and will take what ever time is needed to make sure we are satisfied and the system is working. That is very refreshing in this day of "sell and you're on your own" mentality that a lot of companies have.

To anyone that may see this endorsement, please feel free to call me if you have any questions on my cell phone at 216313-3483
